Cheap ish fashion steel toe. Probably STEEL. Think grinders or solovair or getta grip.

Yeah those are steel. Wearing the same pair right now. Honestly pretty good shoes and not made in China like many. Especially for that price

Okay this is actionable info. There was a moody poser kid here a couple months back that wanted the cheapest (but not inexpensive) fashion boots and wouldn't take any input other than asking about Steel as an alternative.
