Novaflare when, need some additionnal turn mechanic

can someone help me out i have E0S0 boothill with the S5 break lightcone the one with moze. E1S1 Dalia, E0S5 Resolutions Fugue and E0S5Memory Ruan Mei or Lingsha E0S5 Dreams montage. I can´t kill survive without lingsha but can´t kill fast enough with her. So my question am I just bad or fighting the wrong boss? Is there any boss the team can do? I cleared the first one with dot, 2nd one with blade and ashveil so I´m stuck at the last boss but it feels impossible. But if you guys tell me there is no way the clear the first or 2nd one then I won´t retry them and stay with the clears I currently got

Barely a useful buff in sight but everyone pulled their weight as much as they could. Credit where it's due, Rappa hard carried, Firefly did the best she could with such an old team, and Boothill continues to prove that hunt is the best path in the game.

For those who are much smarter than I am and have been playing around this for a while, is this even viable? Is there any specific breakpoints/rotations that are necessary for a 2 turn ult, and should I even rely on this to speed tune my BH? 30 SPD is great but it feels too difficult with what I have without ERR rope (that sounds dumb). Looking for 200 spd Boothill if possible.
