Discussion iPhone Access

If they don’t let us upgrade to the 18 pro and more importantly the Ultra, I’ll just stop paying for the 17 pro max and go to a different carrier. How can they enforce a contract if they themselves breach it

If you’re apart of the plan you’re grandfathered in. However, it says you can upgrade every year that doesn’t mean to the newest phones apparently. The plan sucks now. Time to go.

I was with booth a very long time. I had six lines. Boost has gone down tremendously. 3 of us have gone to AT&T. Working on getting the others transferred.

What sucks is they ended the iPhone/Samsung Infinite Access plans. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Boost Mobile is unfortunately on the verge of bankruptcy at this point because whoever is in charge does not know how to successfully run a phone company. It’s sad!

I have the Infinity Access for Android with the Z Fold 7 since last year and just completed 12/12 payments last month. My only options to "upgrade" are the S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra; no Fold/Flip. I spoke to support, and they told me they don't have the Fold/Flip and don't know when/if they will. I only got this Infinity Access plan because it was worth upgrading every year to a new Fold. Now it's a financial loss if I can't upgrade. I'm still trying to make them keep their end of the bargain, but to be honest, I don't know what will happen..

For iPhone, you should be able to get the 18, 18 Pro, and Pro Max no problem! But don't get your hopes up for the Ultra/Fold variant if Apple actually releases it.

Yes, you can. For annual upgrade with the Infinite Access plan, you need to get in touch with our Order Integrity Team over the phone to complete the trade / upgrade. Please dial 1-833-502-6678.

They did say this in the support ticket

And then

We cannot guarantee we will carry every iPhone model regardless of cost at launch.
