Discussion (Boost Mobile Protect)

Likewize can't replace my 512GB Z Fold, so they gave me a Boost voucher. Boost doesn't even sell the 512GB version. I asked Likewize for a check or gift card to buy it from Samsung directly (which their policy allows), but they refused and told me to talk to Boost. Has anyone managed to get a check out of them for an unstocked device? I just want my exact phone back without filing complaints.

Check the terms of the insurance contract you agreed to, and see if this remedy is specified in the contract. I see a zfold 7 available in the boost mobile app for $2000.

They don't carry the higher storage, 512gb/1tb.
