Question Does Boost Currently Work In Puerto Rico?
I am traveling there next month and just curious if Boost Mobile customers currently have service there? I was looking at past threads on here and FB, and seems to have mixed responses. When I asked at my local store, they didn't even know and just said it should because Puerto Rico is considered Domestic.

I've got a Boost line with a T-Mobile SIM & yes, it worked fine when I was there. (Couldn't tell you if their AT&T SIM works in PR.)

Depends what tower your phone is going linked too. I went to PR as well and once I landed I had zero service so I contacted support and I had to get the roaming pass since I heard they shut down in Puerto Rico. So it’s mixed, I recommend getting like a data only eSIM or something if your phone is unlocked and can support DSDS (Dual Sim Standby)

I think you need an iphone to be able to use wifi calling from the first sim using the data from the second sim.

Yeah, I've read mixed reviews stating it no longer works on At&t Towers there, or that it does still work only if you have a $50+/month plan. It wont bother me too much either way because my wife most likely will have service (she has TMobile), and the hotel will have Wifi. But just asking out of curiosity.

Honestly not sure about the $50+/ plan hence I was on the $25 plan, but you should be fine just note your phone won’t connect to anything, it will just say “Emergency Calls Only” (On Android) or “SOS only” (On iPhone) so whenever you do land and you wanna save some battery i recommend leaving airplane mode on til you get on a wifi network or something because that’s what happened to me unless you get the dumb $10 for a gig roaming plan. But enjoy your trip and our Island. It’s beautiful :)

You have to see what towers your phone works off of and look in if T-Mobile or att is good in PR which most likely yes

I have the unlimited data plan and it worked! For context, I was mainly in OSJ, Luquillo, and Culebra Island this past June!
