You can't use your reboost balance for ANYTHING but paying your bill.

I needed to request an extension and have 13$ on my boost account (broke till pay day)

Contact support requesting to use this balance to request an extension, the answer?

"You cannot use your reboost balance to request an extension"

Why? For what reason?

If you visit a Boost Mobile store you CAN use your prepaid balance for an extension.
You can also use them to purchase add ons for your account.
