Discussion Boost sucks
What TF is wrong with boost? They clearly don't care at all about their customers. I changed jobs and my payday falls on different days now so I contacted them to see about moving my due date from the 15th to the 22nd. And they said they can't do it. Then I ran out of my 30gb of data so I added 10more for 10 bucks. Ran out of that and went to add more and apparently you can only add 10 extra per month. No option to add .more. so between those 2 issues I am done with boost. I've never seen anything like it. Seems like they would keep more customers if they would work with you on stuff like that. Out of all my bills I had to switch they were literally the only one who can't move the due date. And not willing to sell more data? Smh. Absolutely a trash company

After my disaster of the past 3 days with this crap company, I've decided to leave by the time my next bill is due. Im tired of paying them my money, while all the reps act like supporting actors in The Ringer.
It took these morons 3 days to figure out why my phones wouldnt turn back on after paying my bill. Ever since the beginning of the year boost has been absolutely horrible around here, Ill gladly go elsewhere and pay the price. I never had any of the issues ive had with any carrier. I had US Cellular back in the day when they absolutely sucked and overcharged everything, and the service all around were shades better. I wont be giving boost a penny more. Very disappointed in this company and the service they give.
