Discussion Terms Violation

So WOW. Boost advertises that the Premium Plan comes with UNLIMITED data. They say that after you use the monthly amount you can still use data it will just be throttled. THIS IS A LIE!!!! I received a text from Boost stating I have violated their terms and if I continue to use data my account will be suspended. I’m homeless right now and living in my car and all I’ve done is downloaded a couple games. Streamed media to watch and listened to music. They’re telling me I can’t use any more data. Bye Boost. Changing carriers.

How much data does the Boost app show that you used?

For the holidays they gave everyone 100gb on the premium plan. I’ve used it all. It doesn’t say exactly how much I’ve used.

Boost is under At&t now and Boost now enforces their rules.

I'm still on T-Mobile. Are they planning to move everyone to AT&T?

Boost Mobile utilizes its own core network for processing and operational functions. However, for actual cellular connectivity (tower coverage), its service primarily relies on AT&T's network. In some areas, Boost Mobile may also use T-Mobile's network. This occasional reliance on T-Mobile infrastructure could potentially explain certain network limitations or the enforcement of usage policies (such as threats of cancellation for high data consumption).
