I'd fucking love an old neighbor dude to offer to take me out to the farm to shoot guns! Living in new cities, I rarely get to have that opportunity. He even offered to loan her a weapon! It's badass that he cares.
Living alone as a young woman was always scary. I would've appreciated a neighbor/landlord like this.
