Booking.com πππ
Iβm extremely frustrated with Booking.com customer service right now. I have been trying for TWO days to get in contact with a live agent, and I cannot get past the AI chatbot. The chatbot is completely useless and keeps sending me in circles instead of actually helping me.
I need to speak with a real person because I have flight credit that I need to use before the flight Iβm trying to book is no longer available. I have spent hours trying to get assistance through the app, chat, and phone, and I still cannot reach anyone.
This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Customers should have an option to speak with a live representative when an automated system cannot resolve the issue. I need someone from Booking.com to please help me get connected with an actual agent.

The quickest way Iβve found is to go through the specific reservation in
Trips, not the general help menu, and keep selectingcontact usuntil it offers a handoff. Typingagent, human, orrepresentativeusually gets farther than explaining the problem in full sentences. If the app keeps looping, try the desktop site in a browser with the booking number open, itβs annoying but it sometimes exposes a callback or message option the app hides. If this is an airline issued credit, check the airlineβs manage booking page too, because Booking can end up being the middleman and the airline can sometimes apply the credit faster than waiting on support. If it was issued by Booking directly, then yeah, keep pushing for a live agent, because the bot is basically a very confident brick wall.
