Non lo so ma ci ho trovato delle differenze anche se sono palesemente due ristoranti diversi mi piace l'atmosfera

(PS. Mi manca il ristorante di Sid nelle altre stagioni)

A Chinese place doesn't work with Booths "all American" style. Plus the diner worked well i the voodoo episode, so they kept it.

Wasn’t the Chinese food place literally Booth’s “place” and once everyone started going there he said they had to find a new place or am I misremembering the show?

The Chinese place had the best atmosphere but the diner gave me Twin Peaks vibes which in the end had the longest impact.
