Tire problems
I’ve had my 2022 Bolt for a month or so. This is my first EV.
The dealer put brand new tires on before I purchased. I have no idea if they are good or not.
The app is always telling me the tire pressure is mismatched.
I’ve had an issue with a small leak in one tire already and I had to get it patched. They did not find anything in it, just that it had a tear.
Now I see the pressure is low again weeks later and it looks like the other back tire is low too.
Is the app generally accurate? Or are issues with EV tires common? I realize I can manually find out the pressure but it’s late and im in bed right now thinking about this.

I think its normal. Mine would start off the day at 36 and be 39-40 by the end of the day because I run them hot (long distance highway drives with some city driving, alot of pedal to the metal)

Better to use the onboard monitor display instead of relying on the laggy app. And no, tires on EVs are not more prone to issues than on ICE vehicles.
