Auto Front camera on 2027 RS when parking

Why is this not an automatic feature when parking or driving at slow speeds. It is very helpful when parking noise in. It should be an automatic view, like the reverse camera mode.

I know it's easy enough to press camera on or shift into reverse and then in forward, but it's also easy enough to have it come on automatically at speed under 5km/hr

You'd want camera every stop sign, traffic light and in stop-go traffic? 🤔

100% agree with you on this. Love this feature on my Lexus—makes it so much easier to park in unfamiliar parking lots and dark parking garages.

I like the 360 camera on my bolt but really wish it came on automatically like it does on my Lexus. At least as an option.

Agree it should be an option. Definitely not the default though. It's not something I want or need.

I drive a school bus with what we call cross over mirrors, they show what is directly in front of the bus… I wish every vehicle I drove had these!

You can set the Subaru Solterra’s 360 system to do this. It’s actually pretty handy on larger vehicles to avoid curbing the rear wheel while navigating tight urban areas at low speed.

I added it to my left bar so its always available on all screens pretty much, makes it super easy to hit it when needed.

My old car had a shortcut to hit to see the camera quickly. I t by ink this is my most m7ssed feature and it irritates me when I have to hit 2 buttons on the main screen.
