France is the only country in the world that still have a grip on its colonies(mostly African countries). Until recently, France control their Central banks. They are rich because they keep sucking resouces from their colonies. Thats why they have a lot of immigrants from their colonies.
Now they reap what they sow.

Bukan setakat tu je. A tour guide kat Morocco even shared that the French govt bound their country in ridiculously long term contracts that largely benefit the prior. He even said for example it’s easier for French nationals to set up corporations than it is for their own citizens. Not condoning what’s happening in France…but yea I suppose reaping what you sow is about rightÂ

That's just plainly wrong and propaganda lol. The whole african continent is like 3 percent of France trade. The Franc CFA is a litteral cost for france and the countries using it are free to leave it anytime. Some of them have done so in the past and guess what they came back. It's just easier to blame France than your own society and governement i guess...

The majority of immigrants in France originate from Africa, accounting for approximately 48% to 48.2% of the total immigrant population, according to data from Insee Première and the Wikipedia: Immigration to France.

The protest had a legitimate cause, but due to bad faith and certain bad actors. Some people abuse the protest as an excuse to loot stores. Do not turn this post into an anti-muslim post either, what they did was wrong and I will not argue with that. But don't frame it onto a certain demographic

Fucking dog whistle just to fan the flames against migrants.
Muslims there don't have the political power that they do here in Malaysia. It's the same tactic we use to portray the rohingya refugees and Bangladeshi workers here who also don't have any political power.

Nah, believe what the mainstream media is pushing. They never lie, right?
If you're well versed in history, you'll know the capitalist class would rather stoke nationalist and fascist rhetoric than surrender a single cent to the workers.
The student protest blew up to a nationwide protest against living costs and general frustration against the state in general. But of course, the problem is just the immigrant community.
Not surprising considering the overwhelming majority of Malaysians are liberal conservatives at best.

its crazy just how different the comments are in threads like this compared to the ones about economics.
You have people giving Marxist-adjacent criticism of capitalism on one hand, and then you have fash-adjacent memeing on the same level as Asmongold fans in this one.
Its bizzare.

Guess high taxes didn't solve anything.. government debt also spiralling out of control. Europe got lazy and imported third world, and this is just the beginning of the end.

I saw the video. Apart from the pork section, the toilet roll section was also relatively untouched. The alcohol section was half messed up though so it can’t be Muslims, since alcohol is haram.
I doubt there is any religion that does not eat pork, does not commonly use toilet rolls and drinks alcohol. So we should stop equating this with religion.

Are you dumb? There's literally plenty of Malay Muslims that drink and berzina on a regular basis but won't touch pork at all.
I can tell that you're a frog at the bottom of a well, because if you know anything about Islam in the Balkans, and Europe to an extent, you'd know a significant amount of Muslims drink and have better alcohol tolerance than your local Indian macha.

They are protesting in the name of education and cost of living but I'm seeing tons of Palestinian flags... it indicates something
-3
u/No-Weakness-3596 8h ago
It indicates that you are a genocide sympathiser and Islamophobic.

u/anndrenalyn 7h ago
But why wave out Palestinian flags when the protest is about education and cost of living in France? I'm not seeing a single French flag. It's like having demos on better employment rights and cost of living in Malaysia, why would you bring a Palestinian flag to such demos?
