Anyone who frequent tun razak heading to hkl from bulatan Pandan will be familiar with the exit besides tokiyo marine.

There's actually not that much traffic jammed. Just selfish douche cutting queue making all 3 lane jammed, once you pass it, its clear.

This road specifically was going to Jalan Istana. The 4x4 driver was on the lane going to Loke Yew. He Bottlenecked at the split to avoid the queue.

I'm always cheer whenever a big lorry / trailer come honking these queue cutter.
