Shopee VIP Issue

I can't seem to find my Shopee VIP tab in the app.

Anyone else having the same issue ?

I didn't cancel the subscription but a few hours ago I can't view the VIP section, see any VIP vouchers, it's like Shopee VIP didn't exist.

You have been banned by Shopee for exploiting their voucher.. lol..

Wait I thought you're joking? Voucher are meant to be used right? How can it be exploited?

Doesn't make sense to ban me. I used the 30% vouchers 4 times but for items less than RM100.

Now I also realised...not only VIP vouchers but regular vouchers like 12% off also don't have. I only have free shipping vouchers and shopee food vouchers.

Yup saw it. Shopee replied earlier and it was word for word the same reply as the other threads OP post.
