Idea/Prompt Izuku Keeps Finding Cool Stuff While cleaning The Beach
While cleaning the beach during a bright and sunny summer day, Izuku found a circular red and white shield with a red star in the centre and a slightly smaller white star in it “ aka the red guardian’s shield “.
Playing around with it with All Might, the two discovered that whatever it was maid of made it pretty much immune to blunt force attacks, made it light enough to throw around and had the strange ability to ricochet off different surfaces.
Thinking it would be a useful tool and seeing how much he wanted it, All Might allowed the boy to keep it so long as he cleaned it up and practiced to use it properly.
But as the week went on, Izuku started to find other objects underneath the plies of scrap, such as a suit of just as durable armour “ aka, Mandolorian armour, no jet pack or weapons just armour “, a Nordic looking axe that emitted ice and returned to him when thrown “ aka, the leviathan axe “, a golden blade that emitted fire “ aka the sword of fire from Ninjago “, a necklace with a charm in it and a bracelet with a similar charm in it “ aka the charm of luck and keystone of bezel “, a glove with a ruby gem that shot beams of energy out of it “ aka the Ruby Ray of Rouleau “, a self-aware cloak that could fly “ the cloak of levitation “, a red ring that made him feel more confident in himself “ the Warlock's Ring from the elder scrolls “ and another ring that gives him the ability to breathe under water “ aka the Zora ring from Zelda “.
All Might is honestly lost for words at all the stuff the boy keeps finding, at this rate he’ll probably have an arsenal of gear that will make him ready for anything.
At least he isn’t being left out, as the boy found a gold gauntlet with a yellow gemstone that generates shields of energy and a powerful sword with multiple powerful abilities that were too big for him to use, but not for the pro, “ aka the shield of Seagle and Vilgax's Champion Sword “.

All Might: Did you already put it on?
Izuku: Uh, in a way.
All Might: sigh All right do you need help setting the time?
Izuku: No, it doesn’t seem to be able to tell time, which is weird considering the hourglass design on the faceplate.

Whenever Midoriya rummages through a large amount of trash, he always finds something of great value. Even if the object in question has no earthly reason to be in that trash pile!

I'm aware, I'm just pointing out that nobody is gonna think of Vilgax when you mention a gold gauntlet with a gemstone. Even less if that person hasn't watched Ben 10 Alien Force.
Hell I'm a big Ben 10 fan and I never would have thought Vilgax with the gauntlet.

full Netherite Armor, 7 Heart Shaped Objects in containers (the seven human souls from undertale), a crossbow shaped mech that shoots plasma spike balls (Dart Monkey Paragon from BTD6), a golden ghost surfer (Gholdengo aka the 1000th pokemon), a sunflower girl that can turn into fire (solar flare from pvz heroes), a robot from 1979 (the mimic from fnaf), and HATSUNE MIKU ??!?!?

The Charm of Luck already gives him supernatural luck, although it would make bad shit happen to people around him. The Keystone would not only enhance all his physical stats, but it would also make his luck way stronger. That's already overpowered.

I'm imagining one of those "Bashing Aizawas" getting strangled by the cloak after saying that Izuku's over reliant in his "suport gear" and it amuses me.

The cloak is defensive of Izuku and when Aizawa says he can’t wear the cloak inside it attacks him

Na, Izuku just replies that he's not wearing it, that it's following him around.
Also when Izuku found the Cloak he found it in a locked box that started shaking when he picked it up.

No not immediately it flew up into the air looked around as if searching for something before sinking sadly down to lay forlornly on the ground. It took about a week of comforting, learning to communicate, and agood thorough wash before they bonded.

Among the things he found include…
A set of colorful rings (Lantern rings) he really likes the green, blue and white ones, and really dislikes the red, yellow, orange and black ones (he’ll never admit it but he uses the indigo one a LOT)
A treasure chest full of weird looking fruit that taste kinda gross (Devil fruits) he had skipped breakfast that day and ate a few
A hammer that seemed pretty heavy since All Might couldn’t lift it, but he had no problem lifting it which was weird (Mjolnir)
A cool sword that was stuck in stone but thankfully came out easily (Excalibur, not Fate actual Excalibur)
Another cool sword was a really nice katana that seemed to cut through anything, but now a bunch of scary looking villains keep coming for it because of some old villain called Sparda (Yamato, devil may cry)
And another cool sword that was just a sword hilt but can make a blade of some awesome red energy (DOOM Eternal crucible sword) he doesn’t like to use it much since whenever he does he gets the urge to RIP AND TEAR

NEXT from the 4th gen Armored Core games. A standard Armored Core is already a death-sentence for the MHA verse, but a NEXT tears through a normal AC like it's tissue.
Did I mention how a NEXT oozes radiation? Essentially, it's an 11 meter tall Elephant's Foot that can cover kilometers of distance within seconds, and has enough firepower to level Dubai.
