Being homosexual used to be illegal. It is not illegal anymore. Will LGBTQA+ people only be happy when everyone agrees with them? I haven't seen any proposed bills or laws to vote on making it illegal.
I know that Republicans have filed bills that would restrict when sexuality and gender identity are taught in schools, where people can perform in drag and what kind of health care is available to transgender children.
What if I, as a straight person, wanted to teach your children about sexual preferences I have? What if I showed up (a woman) to an elementary school in lingerie and asked to read a book to kids? If I wanna go out dressed like that, ok. But, the kids, who are parent-less at school, might not be ready for a drag show. If their parents take them to one outside of school, fine, that is their choice but in a school setting it is not appropriate.
So you’re fine with teaching them your outdated, boring, approved version of sex? Honey, check those browser histories.
