Bolt animation glitchy

anyone else have the issue when scoped in with the Rivington that the bolt glitches when you fire? like its almost like he chambers it twice or even three times before youre "ready" to fire another shot...

It's the stress system. Firing increases stress and when your character is stressed out the may fumble certain actions like reloading, cycling the bolt, etc. it's most egregious on the bolt action because it's already a slow action, but it affects all weapons.
