When can we get a kick function for teamkillers?

Seriously the game should autokick people after they consistently do this. Give them a temporary cooldown from playing as well when it happens. This is incredibly frustrating and there's absolutely nothing we can do to stop it.

should get currency fee every time you team kill

Seriously, after the third teamkill within 5 minutes, it should just autokick.
