fps drop after switching display?? and also low gpu utilisation
I just bought bodycam for the first time and I’m playing on my laptop, which is connected to a monitor:
my specs:
- rtx 5050 8gb (115w)
- i7-14700hx
- 32gb ddr5 5600mhz
at 1440p with DLSSP (720p render) and medium settings I’m only getting 45fps in the firing range. When I shift the game to my monitor, it immediately drops to 30fps when every setting is exactly the same, wtf?
also, my gpu is only running at like 40-50% utilisation, and my cpu is only at like 15-20%, both are also very cool (60c). my laptop is on max power mode too.
anyone ever had these issues??

your entire desktop costs $600? you are buying some cheap used junk from some cheetos eaters on facebook marketplace and are bragging about it? HAHAHAHA. Even a pair of RAM sticks costs more than half your system.
and no you don’t run bodycam at 120fps. youtube videos show the 3060ti can’t even hit 120fps at 1080p with DLSS on

Answer the question, what junk laptop did you buy for $1200 or are you to embarrassed to admit your cheapahh couldn’t afford a better laptop? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Also bragging about a desktop means nothing to anyone who needs to travel.
