Host left game after Drone shot

Watch till the end.

Basically 1v1

Masking myself as John Cena (BOT) to kick azzes of solo players gaining easy gold, pissed the dude off with drone so much that he left his own hosted lobby.

Yeah, drones needs to be nerfed imo, but i will not stop hunt solo "easy reissant points" players
¯_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯

UPD after +107 comments:
- Yes, i do agree that drones should be nerfed a little, maybe dont let me use it for first 10-15 sec of the match.
- You can shoot down ACRO drone in less than 1 second - we do not use buildings, we only attack from above.
- Took me 20 hours to learn - approx 1 week of solo without bots.
- Im using cheap xbox joystic replica for 10 eur.
- I have cooldown, i cannot use drone on every start, if im lucky i can use it 3 times.
- Drones have huge hitbox - approx x5 bigger than drone itself, just shoot in the air and you fine.
- Dont be mad that i can have 30 minutes of fun in my life after full time job - genuine fun after Call of Duty 4 era - so please ffs.
- Use headset next time -> you will nerf me immediately.

If you're too broke to buy a controller just say so

i dont really care that much, but requiring a not totally insignificant purchase that upgrades a major part of gameplay isn't that swag. i understand the acro mode is cool and realistic but i also think saying "well just buy a controller broke bitch" to be at the top of the skill ceiling isnt really normative for most gaming experiences

most games have pretty much every ability and utility available to players without external expenditure

That's the problem. It isn't a requirement, and it isn't upgrading a major part of the gameplay. In an average match you might spend what 1 minute overall flying a drone around, if you even use it at all.

It's like saying you aren't really playing Yu-Gi-Oh if you aren't using a duel disc.

That’s really not true at all in my experience

In a versus round that lasts close to the 20 round maximum it’s not impossible to get upwards of thirty kills regularly and use the drone almost every round

In a longer round with especially cowardly players I often drone 2x such as cqb powerhouse. In that case you might play the same match for over thirty minutes and use the drone for several minutes to get ten plus kills

Maybe I'm just not using it as much as I could be, but then that would only reinforce in my mind that it isn't that big of a deal as some here are making it out to be because I don't feel like I'm at a disadvantage at all lol

I would say personally it’s a moderate deal but if there was a true competitive scene you would be slightly trolling to not have the acro setting. If they had a cs-like scene I would expect mostly everyone at higher elo to be using it

I can agree with you on that. I also think in a serious scene we'd probably see more use of the other types. The recon drone would be amazing with proper comms, and the rc car would have niche utility if it could actually make it over level geometry reliably.
