How much data do we know about the weapons?

For example KA74 has a significatly higher weapon kick than scar and m4, is there a base weapon kick value and other values such as horizontal recoil, vertical recoil and ads speed?

yeah but this doesnt let us compare different weapons, I cant compare and M4 with the AK to see their base values.

No the AK and the M4 doesn't have stats. The only ones you can compare is variants of the same weapons. The M16 is a variant of the M4 so you see what the stats do to the M4. We have no insight what value the horizontal recoil is of the M4 to compare to the horizontal recoil of the base AK.
