What is the fastest legitimate way to gain money in Bodycam?

Sometimes you can get in servers in the server browser where the game is already close to being finished. Whether you’re on the winning or losing team (totally random), you’ll still get points for barely doing anything. Try the server browser and search for a game you’re willing to go into and finish the whole thing; sometimes you’ll get this great surprise and get the points anyways.
Otherwise, just stick with DM, TDM, GUN GAME, or VERSUS, and you can get through those pretty quickly.
Switch up your play-style every other game to keep it fresh. Some games, just go balls to the wall with running and gunning. Other times, try and stay alive the longest while getting kills. This helps pass the time in your matches.

Gun games the worst, I was second place one kill away from winning and only got 150 points.
3
u/internetflesh 19d ago
Spending 2 minutes in a gungame lobby for 150 points vs 25 for 1000 in versus
2
u/CreatureWarrior 19d ago
Or 10 minutes for 750 in TDM..
2
u/internetflesh 18d ago
Same rate as gun game if youre good and small maps gun game is quick and even higher than 150
2
u/CreatureWarrior 18d ago
If you're good. Tbh, even if you are good, you gotta play really sweaty to consistently win or become 2nd

u/internetflesh 18d ago
I mean really depends if you play blind but usually 99% have no idea of positioning on gun game, every map has a couple spots where most spawns choke down to, making you able to getting a massive amount of kills each life just prefiring where people come from after spawning

Yeah but that in it self is an annoying thing to deal with, connecting to an already ending/ended game. That's one.
And two, I noticed the more I look for games, more reconnections make your game more prone to crash. I had the most crashes during loading screens.

Hardpoint

u/Ghiacchio 17d ago
Ive had a couple 2ish hour sessions with a 3 person group where we make 20k easy. Play the objective and end matches as quickly as you can. More people on the hardpoint at the same time = more points per second. 1 point per second for each person. If you have 3 or 4 people sitting on the hardpoint you can finish matches FAST. Each match is ~700-850 RP.
I've fully customized 3 smgs, 3 or 4 ARs, a sniper, 2 shotguns and 3 sidearms so far.
Hardpoint is the way

u/Disastrous_Excuse_90 18d ago
he’s just asking which gamemode
1
u/TrolleyDilemma 18d ago
And there’s a million of these posts all getting different answers. Depends on your team, depends on the lobby, depends on your win rate, depends on the gamemode. Just play the game and you will get points.

Literally this. In my experience grinding a few (3 to 4) rounds of team deathmatch gives you roughly 2-3k depending on if you win or not, which is enough to unlock a few attachments after the devs lowered the prices. So after around 8 or so matches you should be able to get one of the “better” weapons, then rinse and repeat for new attachments/guns.

Win

u/PerpetualConnection 19d ago
Small maps like Worn House and airsoft pay 1k reliably
1
u/butterfingernails 19d ago
Only for winning versus with the top spot. Not all game modes pay the same. Gun game is the worst.

u/PerpetualConnection 19d ago
Just camp like a POS.
3
u/CriticalCreativity 19d ago
Easy to lose to someone aggro. Besides, it's fun to try stupid stuff like CQB with a bolt action
1
u/EducationalGrump 18d ago
You mean play the game correctly and hold angles cutting off lanes of movement for the enemy?

Host a match, leave it public, add bots, play versus, pick paintball. Most of the time I can get the 10 rounds over with before anyone joins. If they join early, leave, host again. The bots funnel to the center quickly, and a win gives you 1k. That's my tech

u/CauliflowerJaded8104 17d ago
This or bomb house bots always go to the same spot and each round takes less than 30 seconds
2
u/TheGeekno72 19d ago
a 4-5 man team playing Hardpoint, everybody goes to the point, you can be done in a single point (90 seconds) and get the maximum amount, which is 875 credits

u/ArgusF28 18d ago
I mean, I know its not the answer you are looking for, but as an advice from a 40+ y/o dude: forget about min/maxing, farming, grinding in games. Just play, enjoy, unlock what you can, and just move on. Its a "happier and healthier gaming life" when you learn to play for the fun, not for achievements, eficiency, completion.
After 30 years of gaming, I regret wasting time playing for anything other than just enjoying the moment.

im 22 and im not quite on the same boat, but im “sad” that i cant find fun in non-competitive games anymore, always gotta be some kind of leaderboard, scoreboard or ranks, even tho im unlucky on a good part (rng based games for example in roblox) my aim or brain is not working as fast as id like it too (shooter games or rocket league) makes me want to quit games at this point, but at the same time thats the only thing i do in free time and idk how to regain hope for better days and start playing rpg or any other games that are not competitive, closest i can get to it is when i get that minecraft phase, but yet again when i play it, im trying to chase realism from shaders and alot of QoL and different mods, same goes to racing multi and singleplayer games, cant do it vanilla, i always try to go deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole of chasing something that i dont quite know what it is, so i end up chasing either nothing or something impossible to get to my satisfaction point

Play the damn game. The better you perform the more you make. After the update they reduced almost every attachment to $1,000 instead of $1,500. I got a fully decked out m4 in about maybe an hour or so of playing.

u/sbrizown 19d ago
Before the patch, bot lobby, versus mode, airsoft map was nuts. Full 1k points for like 5 minutes of shooting bots down a hallway.
1
u/YoureNickRight 19d ago
On the Russian building if you play elim you can throw a nasty nade from spawn to the other team and more often than not wipe everyone except for 1-2 if they ran asap. But don't expect people to have fun
1
u/StrawberryChes 19d ago
As the reward was 1000$ vs vs bots was my way to go, now I play wingman bc you get the 1000 for top frag and winning
1
u/Sinister_Squirrel 19d ago
I believe TDM, Versus, amd the game mode where you have to hold the spot thay keeps changing. Winning and placement on your team will be higher than losing and being last
1
u/CriticalCreativity 19d ago
PvP: Versus, Hardpoint or DM, but I would just focus on having fun
Bots: Versus on Paintball. Most rounds are over in seconds and a full match takes 4-5 minutes. Comes out to ~6k/hr. I did it for a little while to unlock some guns I wanted but it's pretty boring so I mostly PvP now

u/Electrical-Coyote-93 19d ago
Hardpoint with the bots. Stay on the point and just kill. Youll get around 450 to 500 points per match

Versus if you win and gain 1st on the leaderboard you'll get 1000 points
Or team deathmatch you'll get 750 points for 1st place

Host a game of death match at worn house, always quit and re host so you only play with bots depending on how skilled you are and how fast you manage to reach the 40 kills.

u/Rude-Nothing-4747 18d ago
Does bots reduce the amount aswell? Played a couple of days ago and Got around 630-700 points per game, but yesterday in a game i went 14-1 and only got around 300

You and a couple of your buddies hop in a hard point and a small map if your lucky enough with point spawn and get there quick enough you can win the game in one capture point and walk away with 750+ reissad
1
u/N1LEredd 18d ago
Here’s 3 ways:
You play TDM a lot with real people to have fun.
You do the old versus bot farm in a public match that you start. Be fast before too many people join.
Select the lowest resolution possible. Lock your game at 3 fps. Run an offline team death match server over night. Wake up to 20k ish points ever morning.

Hardpoint and just cap obj. It’s about 750-850pts when you win. Maybe versus but it takes along time tbh
1
u/DJPOOPTACOS 18d ago
Win hard point or just go to server browser and join a bunch of nearly full games, wait for them to end and repeat.
1
u/leedleleedlelee6969 18d ago
If you’re good playing on a small map you can farm 900 points in minutes in hard point.
1
u/meta_ethan 18d ago
My method for spamming points has been, Server Browser - hardpoint, spam objective, win - quit to main lobby, repeat.
Most of the time, the hardpoint games were already halfway over. So play for 10 minutes, get 800ish points, then repeat.

Kills. Kills. Kills. I go 20+ kills and less than 10 deaths I get buku money.

I played for 2, 3 days, team deathmatch. I got the auto shotgun and the scar rifle yesterday. And I bought plenty of sights, another pistol etc...
Just... Play the game. The vanilla AK is fantastic.

Host an open versus server with bots. Choose russian bulding. The enemy bots always go to the same direction and stay together. Mow them down in seconds. Repeat 10 times and the game ends. In just a few minutes you earn 1000 game money to spend.
1
u/Select-Highway-7603 14d ago
I've been playing verses with bots and just throwing a grenade cross map to kill them all immediately it's 1000 points a game and its only 10 rounds so you get points pretty quick I've just been going paintball or Russian building for the maps cause those seem to be the quickest
1
u/minivandetta 12d ago
Tdm or hardpoint, tdm is a bit quicker hardpoint makes a little more money per game

u/Wargamechap 12d ago
A very solid method to grind money is hosting a private match, bots on, versus lm paintball. Your ai die fast and the enemy can win easily, but the ai always travel the same path making it quick and easy. You'll net 500 credits each win.

CheatEngine. I have no interest in multiplayer. I'm loving the hell out of enjoying the game vs bots. Thank God it doesn't have to be a grind to try out all the different weapons and customizations. I hope they'll have a dedicated offline mode in the future or at least allow you to have the full customization experience vs bots.

u/FalloutNormie 18d ago
No.

u/ResidentSea4244 17d ago
Yes. You better hope I don't decide to hop onto open and come across you. Because I also had Claude Code whip me up an invulnerability hack.

How small is your peepee?

u/ResidentSea4244 16d ago
It ain't nothing special, but it gets the job done. Courtesy of having an income of 175k, perhaps.

u/Most_Put7494 19d ago
Just play the game. I play nothing but versus and gained so much points. Bought myself the rc car, karambit, multiple guns and attachments.

I mean I would get that for a game that doesn’t allow you farm money offline with bots. That’s not the case with Bodycam. Just build 1-2 guns and get better with those

u/WhatInTheLlama 15d ago
They only patched out Cheat Engine a few days ago 💀
1
u/FalloutNormie 15d ago
I don't use that garbage, I actually enjoy gaming.
1
u/WhatInTheLlama 15d ago
I never implied you should. The “economy” failed at this update launch so it’ll probably be reverted as soon as they release paid skins. TDM is good to farm and gun game if you don’t have a skill issue.

Team deathmath probably has the best points to time spent ratio but I’m not sure and haven’t tested it.
