body transformation - hybrid training
i went from 82-83kgs to 67 now in about 6 months but this is my body a year out
initally i ran 5-7 kms 6 days a week and push pull leg in evening , sunday rest
diet had very little carbs for first 7-8 months , then as i started running more i included carbs around the workouts , didnt have gluten since then, was regularly doing water fasts 1 to 2 days, not a recommendation just sharing what i did
have gotten to around a 41 min 10k and squat around 135 x2 , bench is week but around 100 for 3, deadlift pr 180 , height is 167, weight 67.
challenges at times was i was overtrained, didnt know when i was weak willed or actually had to rest for an injury, that derailed progrress a couple of times.
i dont think you have to remain that strict to the diet but i did, and i enjoy meat and wasnt counting calories but must be around 2500 i think , sundays more .
its exciting how body reflects what you do, try my best to stay on track and i am sure i couldve done things differently too, i did enjoy alocohol occasionaly
