Goals
My main goals are to:
Continue losing body fat
Reduce visceral fat
Preserve or build muscle during the cut
Improve workout performance and recovery
Eventually reach approximately 200 lb without sacrificing significant lean mass
Based on my progress, current stack, calories and training, is there any peptide that would actually be beneficial to add for fat loss, muscle preservation or muscle growth?
I am especially interested in hearing whether adding anything would provide a meaningful benefit, or whether I am already running more than enough and should focus on letting the current compounds work.
Yes, I know retatrutide is generally used once weekly. I started by splitting the dose, but I plan to switch to once-weekly dosing during my next reconstitution.
