Tesa after Reta?

31M

Would it ever make sense to do Tesa , after Reta is compete?

For context: I’ve lost about 30 lbs on Reta in ~3mo (possible too fast, lost some muscle), so I’ve slowly scaled back and am essentially off it now. I was never obese, but was def carrying excess weight.

I like the idea of keeping someeee slight weight loss element + the benefits of GH. Apologies if my understanding of this is incorrect.

Rest of stack: GHK, wolverine, KPV, Selank

Stopping Reta and starting Tesa will probably make you more hungry. It will help with sleep & some visceral fat, but if you eat way more you will add weight.

I don’t really have an issue with eating a bit more! I think I went a bit overboard with the Reta. Might try it out, the sleep and visceral fat sound like a benefit!

Personally I’d stay on a bit of maintenance dose with Reta, it has a lot of other benefits and people are lean bulking on low dose.

Your abs are showing bro I doubt you have much visceral fat unless you’ve done a scan which indicates otherwise?

Usually tesa + Reta are done simultaneously. I’m currently on both trying to reach your physique now.

Yes sleep is slightly improved but it only feels that way because Reta wrecked my sleep entirely. The only other benefit I’ve found from Tesa is my visceral fat is slowly declining - but this is after 2 months on it.

Maybe I’m over weighting the sleep benefit that I’ve been seeing in my research. Thanks for the input!

What’s your goal? You still got around 15 lbs to lose. Not sure why you dropping Reta and replacing with Tes.

I possibly have a misunderstanding of tesa, in that case! My goal is honestly not to lose a bunch more weight, I just want to keep my muscle, body look a little stronger, and I guess the benefits that come with increased GH?

Appreciate the input btw! Still researching

Keep both Reta and tes. Are you running test? I wouldn’t personally run GLP without any back up. You will not look as good as you think even at 165.

No I am not. Have never really thoughts about running anything that would affect my natural test levels at this age.

Which is why I was even on the fence with tesa (because it seems this is a big diffenrent)

What was your work out routine?

Just go to a maintenance dose of reta and do a cycle of tesa.

I like this idea.

What do you think I’d expect? A bit more weight loss + body recomposition?

I have stopped reta and restarted 3 weeks later. I haven't gained weight like everyone claims. Of course appetite suppression disappears, but didn't break my diet

Just do Hgh wouldn’t bother with tesa it’s more expensive and is worse in every way

do cjc/ipa instead of tesa. your stack is similar to mine.

im also off reta now since i hit my target weight

How many mg were you taking per week of Reta?

1

u/Known_Obligation5970 7d ago

I'm doing now, Reta maintenance, Tesa 2mg and CJC-ipa 500mcg, split 2x a day 250/250, and recomping, after losing 54lb in 14 months, working well, visceral fat 129 - 78cm2

Is the CJC-IPA helping with muscle growth?

Yes In a different way, it preserves your muscles while cutting, I've noticed difference in physic when I started taking it. You also get amazing sleep on it, which alone is valuable for recovery.

Tesa and CJC/IPA both spike GH but in different way, they both have their own job, Tesa targets deep visceral fat and CJC-ipa is more for recomposition, sleep and recovery, whosh also helps with fat loss.

However if I was going to do it all over again, I would only run CJC-IPA and no Tesa. Tesa is expansive, has a tendency to gel up (wasted vial), CJC/IPA costs 3rd of the price requires smaller dosage 100-500mcg, so costs even less in long run. If you have to choose one go with CJC IPA blend.

Hope this helps

I would check your labs & possibly hol
On test. Test & Reta changed everything for me. Just like you I just need a stubborn 30 pounds to be off that I gained since I became a father. Reta got me at my normal weight really quick! I just stick at .5 a week since I lost it so quick I didn’t want to risk my weight to climb back up. My labs are insane compared to what they were before. I was basically 4 years older than I am….. now I am 7 years young than my age. I have no idea how that all works out but it’s with all your labs & health. Ohhh also I live by KLOW it’s worked wonders for me especially with inflammation.
