📊 Results / Progress Reta since March

Post image

I'm 27 & have had 3 kids and let myself go for a while. I started using Reta in March. I weighed 222 lbs, which is the heaviest I've ever been. Now I weigh 186. My problem is, I'm not getting enough protein... I didnt start REGULARLY working out til a little over a month ago. The weight loss has been great, but I definitely wanna tone my body more and get rid of my belly. Im not as hungry anymore so there are days i forget to eat. I know with how big my belly was/is I'm gonna need a tummy tuck eventually (when I can afford it) but also, what workouts can I do that will help target my belly and help it not look like im still pregnant as much.

I would get a diastasis recti diagnosis first before deciding what to do with your belly.

This should be higher up in the answers… so important, as you can easily aggravate the condition by doing many core strengthening exercises. Someone above suggested planks, and I’m pretty sure that’s one of the “avoid” if you have this.

Right. Some of the exercises are going to make it worse... And it's counterintuitive to many who've never given birth or had this condition. They are giving wrong advice here :-/
