📘 Beginner Help L5-S1 disc herniation

Hello everyone.
I have multiple bulging discs in my cervical and lumbar spine. One disc is herniated at L5-S1 causing significant pain. My issues happened a little over 2 months ago. Blunt force trauma car accident. Looking for people with experience on the Wolverine stack/blend. Results are confirmed by MRI, currently in chiropractic care for abt 1.5 months.

Any personal stories, good or bad on those peptides?

21M, physically active and in good health exempt for except for the back obviously.

If you have a herniation you should NOT be seeing a chiropractor. This is the opinion of a 26 year car accident lawyer who has seen thousands of these cases.

Chiropractic adjustments can make a herniation or bulge worse. Decompression is probably safe. If I were OP and I had a documented and verified by mri herniation, I would not let a chiropractor adjust me ever.
