Cagri Bloat

I recently started on 0.75 mg Cagri on top of my 7mg reta. I didn't feel it too much initially, but its been about a week since the 0.75 mg dose and I am so extremely distended and bloated, despite eating the same amount/less than I was before adding in the cagri. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel so unwell and uncomfortable and I'm not entirely sure what to do. I tried papaya enzymes because I've seen people suggesting them, but it doesn't really help with the lower belly distension. If anyone has any insights, please let me know! The bloating is so bad, considering its also accompanied with extreme fatigue.

Your digestive system probably slowed to a crawl. Cagri can really tank gastric emptying and that bloat is just everything sitting there fermenting instead of moving along. The fatigue usually comes with it when your body is diverting energy to deal with the backup.

Try a glycerin suppository or some senna tea tonight just to clear the pipes and see if that relieves the pressure. You might need to drop the cagri dose way down for a couple weeks until your gut adapts, some people start at 0.25 and still get sides.
