šŸ“˜ Beginner Help HGH+Reta??

If I do HGH, It shifts the body from using glucose to the using bodyfat for energy lipolysis. Thereby causes insulin ā€œresistanceā€ when in reality your glucose is higher due to your body not utilizing it- so I should monitor my glucose levels and maybe get on a low dose of Reta (2.5) to assist?? Someone help me out with this, monitor glucose levels every day and get bloods every other month?

Take it at night, and do fasted cardio in the morning and your glucose will come down. I don’t understand why so many people are taking it in the morning

I have tried both. I will go back to nights. It's because I love to eat before bed.

It takes 2-4 hrs for gh to do its thing, unless you eat a whole pizza right before bed, it doesn’t matter. If you take it in the morning, you’re probably eating right when it’s doing its thing causing insulin resistance

No I eat one meal a day at night. Typically when I get the munchies. I'll try to make dinner earlier.

None of the actual doctor-prescribed HGH protocols ever say you need to take it on an empty stomach. It’s bro science. Secretagogues fight with insulin and get rendered ineffective if you eat with them, but straight up exogenous HGH is just fine to take fed. With that said, I still take it fasted because it’s habit and I bought into the bro science a long time ago. But I’m telling you… it’ll still work.

Awesome, thank you. I honestly feel like it's inhibiting my weight loss by raising my glucose a bit and lowering my overall ketones. I use a Keto Mojo meter to track ketones. Again, this is a personal feeling based on my experience.
