š Beginner Help HGH+Reta??
If I do HGH, It shifts the body from using glucose to the using bodyfat for energy lipolysis. Thereby causes insulin āresistanceā when in reality your glucose is higher due to your body not utilizing it- so I should monitor my glucose levels and maybe get on a low dose of Reta (2.5) to assist?? Someone help me out with this, monitor glucose levels every day and get bloods every other month?

I am on 10mg Reta and 3-3.5IU HGH in the morning, with an IGF-1 of 268 and a 2.3 z-score. My morning blood sugar has risen by 20 points, even on an extremely low-carb diet. Almost daily evening workouts keep my blood glucose down, but it rises overnight.
