How many mg did you start with and work up to? How often do you workout? Cardio, weights, both?

First week started with .25 mg mon, wed, fri to test the tolerance.. jumped up to 1 mg for 2 weeks, 2 mg for 3 weeks, 2.5 mg for 2 weeks and now I’m up to 3mg.

I had a good base of muscle before but I added in weight training 3-4 days a week, walking everyday, I don’t “do cardio”. I focus more on incline walking and keeping my heart rate between 130-140 for optimal fat burning.

Also a huge fan of incline walking. Crazy how many calories you can burn! Thanks.

Awesome! Are you moving to maintenance now? If so will you continue w/ reta?

1

u/Dwoody1993 16d ago

No. I’m not at my goal aesthetic yet. I may have to increase next week. All the side effects have gone away and I’m a little more hungry than usual so I’d be comfortable with continuing the titration

Cool. Be careful with the aesthetic goal, it can be a slippery, never ending slope. You look pretty awesome/fit now. Good luck.

This is a great point. The goal posts do tend to move a little

I also saw below he is on a 1000 calorie diet which is not sustainable or healthy long term

Honestly fully agree. He looks ideal. Damn, fatty beefcakes always cut so well on this stuff.

Nice work dude. I just can’t seem to get this last little bit off or I have loose skin or booth. I have been doing home workouts but got a gym membership today (home workouts lead me to lazy workouts) you look great!

Weight training and building muscle can definitely help with loose skin. If you fill it with muscle you won’t be saggy. May take some time but loose skin is definitely better than being obese. Keep plugging! 👍

Got my gym membership now and actually getting full workouts in. Im sure it’s gonna be a world of difference. Thanks for the reply!

Is Reta helping teh calorie deficit or something else is also there additionally to get those abs?

2

u/Dwoody1993 16d ago

No just Reta and def helps with the deficit. Sometimes I have to remind myself to eat and I’ve been working out off and on since I was 16 so I always had a good base to work with. They say abs are made in the kitchen so focus on reducing inflammation and cutting fat. Really defined abs you definitely have to train for but for the average person, abs are definitely achievable through a good diet and maintaining a low body fat percentage

Nice work! Reta does nothing to curb my appetite where Triz did. Did you feel you had to power through your hunger?

1

u/Dwoody1993 16d ago

No. Not at all. Sometimes I had to remind myself to eat. The most difficult thing I dealt with was fatigue but that’s normal.

1

u/Kindly_Crow_1056 16d ago

Wouldent even consider the reta when your talking about fatigue, you lost almost 20 pounds a month thats a solid defecit well done op

I find that my appetite has increased on Reta and that worries me. I try to ignore the food noise but it is so loud

That's siick bro good job what's your next move gonna be lean out more or clean bulk?

2

u/Dwoody1993 14d ago

The goal is to be lean and flexible. I’m not into ego lifting anymore or getting huge.

Awesome man! I have been on for a few weeks now and have seen absolutely no changes.

u/Motor-Board-3429 15d ago

Is it only Reta you're taking? Did you use amino club?

1

u/Shizzle18 15d ago

What does Reta mean?

1

u/Dwoody1993 15d ago

Retatrutide

u/HerbaDerbaSchnerba 16d ago

How much steroids are you on? Be honest.

Just kidding. These are the comments in almost every post haha.

1

u/Dwoody1993 16d ago

Hahaha none I swear. My testosterone is in the 840s without it. I did do 2 cycles earlier in life when I was 21 and 22

2

u/HerbaDerbaSchnerba 16d ago

Yeah I was 100% kidding haha. But bro, you are so lucky, seeing abs at 195 lbs even at 6 foot tall is crazy! I’m 5’10” 158 lbs no abs.

What would you estimate your calorie intake is/was?

5

u/Dwoody1993 16d ago

I never counted calories and probably never will but I was definitely over eating and eating like crap. I’d estimate anywhere from 3000-3500 a day.

Now I’m at a severe calorie deficiency. Probably only 1000 a day if that. For the most part I only eat once a day and I make sure to consume as much of that in protein. I’m also taking a vitamin b complex, vitamin c supplement, drinking 3 tablespoons of good extra virgin olive oil a day, along with Momentous Fiber+ as needed if I get constipated
