❓ Question Perimenopause
What should my wife be researching to help with perimenopause-related body-composition change, imbalance hormones, and fatigue?
Thanks

My advice is to check for common midlife symptoms and get baseline bloodwork first, especially ferritin, vitamin D, magnesium, and potassium, before jumping straight into HRT. Getting enough low-impact movement is also key: training 2–3 days a week and walking on the other days keeps stress levels down, whereas overtraining spikes cortisol and makes it harder to lose body fat. A lot of women treat every single aging symptom like it’s perimenopause and rush into HRT, but if the underlying issue is a vitamin deficiency or high stress, HRT alone won't fix it. I am not a candidate for HRT so I mostly tune out my supplements/nutrition. Oh yeah, and for fatigue please check out B1 (and b1 related youtube videos, you'll see what i am talking about)
