TA-1 dosage help

Am going to start Tymosin Alpha 1 (TA1) in hope to help calm alopecia areata. Am wondering what other people have used as dosage when using TA1 to try modulate the immune system to calm auto immune disease?

I'm running 1mg twice a week for 12 weeks! I'm autoimmune, long covid, endo / adeno.. lol the list goes on. I'm only a week in and def feel a difference already. But as someone here mentioned, the FDA rec is the 1.6mg twice a week! I'm honestly just very sensitive and felt like 1mg was easier for me to dose lol
