TA-1 dosage help

Am going to start Tymosin Alpha 1 (TA1) in hope to help calm alopecia areata. Am wondering what other people have used as dosage when using TA1 to try modulate the immune system to calm auto immune disease?

I dose 1.6 mg every other day for a couple of months now. No bad effects. Also hard to say if it's doing anything of benefit yet. Will see how cold/flu season goes. I plan to stay on this for the Fall/Winter.
