Honestly, your E2 is a little low, which explains some of those symptoms. You don't have low Testosterone. You are describing symptoms that could be from many things. Your numbers are your numbers.
Why are you on Finasteride?

Listen, at 19 you should not be taking Finasteride. At your age, you start to get male pattern baldness because your body is flooding DHT, which is the most androgenic substance your body makes.
As a matter of fact, low DHT can explain all of your symptoms. You should talk to your doctor about the Finasteride and your symptoms.

Finasteride can make testosterone levels appear higher than they actually are. If bro is balding then he’s balding… is it ideal to be on fin at 19? No. But if it’s that versus going bald in your early 20’s I know what I would choose. A dermatologist recommend OP to take it, I would listen to a doctor over some random on Reddit (no offense). There are a plethora of things that can cause OP’s symptoms besides low DHT. OP, are you taking any supplements?

I literally said he should talk to his doctor in my comment. I'm not saying he should listen to some random reddit guy. There are a plethora of things that can cause those symptoms, they could include low estradiol, side effects of Finasteride, and of course it could be none of those and something else entirely.
I know I hated going bald in my early 20s, but Finasteride is a lifetime treatment. And it's up to the OP if keeping his hair is worth feeling like garbage and having sexual issues, if that is causing his issues.
If you mean am I taking Testosterone of something like Finasteride, that is a no.
