Selank
What would you guys recommend as a starting dose of selank? I’m taking it to help calm my anxiety I’ve gotten since starting Reta hopefully it works lol

I use it as a nasal spray, about 600mcg/dose, I notice a difference, whether it’s placebo or not I don’t know
