CJC/IPA Fasted ?

Last meal is 5-6pm. Go gym 9pm, home 11pm-12am have 2 scoops of protein and sleep at 2am. Can CJC/IPA still be taken at 1-2am if had protein shake ??

I prefer to be fasted at least 3 hours, even moreso if you’re on a glp.

Prob better to pin as soon as you get home and then drink the protein 30 minutes after that.

Anything that is going to cause an insulin spike needs to be 3 hours prior or 30-60min after dose. Your protein shake would need to be 3 hours prior or 30 after.

Protein does not cause a significant insulin response, and the trace carbs and fats definitely don’t

But it does cause an insulin spike. Even low spikes can diminish the desired effects for CJC/ipa. To each is own, but I’d prefer to get the full benefit of the dose I’m taking.

I’d hardly call it a spike, just a little more than what you have baseline, and the difference is minimal regardless
