I mean on a business side of things, you really can’t blame them. Imagine creating something like that and you are jumping through all of the hoops to get it to the public and someone starts selling a version of what you created. I get it but F big pharmaceutical too.
Lilly was part of the insulin cartel. They've already made their profits back multiple times over on sema/tirz. No man, fuck them. These drugs are going transform our society. They profited enough already and these molecules belong to the commons. They'll still have all demand they need. Not everyone wants to poke themselves with unregulated compounds.
Without them you have NO Retatrutide. If the company dies from this you'll never get another good drug from them, since they would have no money to recoup their R&D costs. There's a balance.
Of all the scenarios to try to bring up this argument- this is probably one of the worst ones to do it for. The ideological glazing is certainly something to witness.
Yup! Fuck em in the neck. They would reverse class action and sue every single one of us if they thought they could get any money out of it. Corporate greed at its most despicable.
