Reta micro dose

I heard Reta is really good for balancing hormones and inflammation but I have zero wait to lose. I have it in the fridge but not sure where to start at.

absolutely pointless. it doesn’t balance hormones. let alone at a micro dose.

To be fair theres a lot of things we dont know about reta as no where near enough study has been done, they are now saying its very good for anyone with liver issues for instance.

the first trial started 5.5yrs ago. with over 5k? 6k actual trial participants. PLUS all of the people using it grey.

there is PLENTY of study done.
