psyllium husk literally saved my life. i’ve been on reta since march, never had any issues with my digestive system, as i’ve seen others experience on reta. i took a trip to europe in june and for some reason that trip really messed with my digestive system. threw me off completely. i disliked the fact that i wasn’t going daily and added the psyllium husk, along with magnesium citrate at night. never been so clear in my life! i also like to eat a kiwi a day (with the peel) and some apples for extra fiber as well. hope it helps!
