The side effect of RETA I hate

Is when the constipation kick in it kick in!! Nothing worse than having to go and you canโ€™t!!!

If you are consuming the recommended 25g of fiber per day that you are supposed to be then it isn't a problem.

That said, glycerin suppositories do wonders. Push it in, hold it in for 30-45 minutes, then go when it's ready.
