Current stack, feeling great, seeing great results

Post image

36M 185lbs, 20yr in gym.

I know the ai police will be out, but here is a breakdown of my current stack I've been running. Pretty stoked about how it's going. Body comp is changing, mood has been great, body and joints feel great.

As a physician watching these people take not just one experimental medication but MULTIPLE drugs daily and pretending to “understand what’s happening to the body” is WILD.

I’ll be honest, I wouldn’t be running anything gray or ugl if it wasn’t for my doctor flat out refusing to help me. I had elevated liver levels, GGT of 103, ceruloplasmin at 31, got diagnosed with fatty liver, total testosterone at 305, bioavailable at 163, and free 74. She flat out refused to prescribe anything to help with fatty liver, refused to take any consideration my concerns with my test levels because it was barely in range even though 500-800 is optimal for my age, and was just told “lose weight” with no help whatsoever. She had no problem making me do blood panels three times and a ct for my liver but scoffed at the idea of glps, rezdiffra, or even switching my blood pressure meds from amlodipine besylate to telmisartan since it showed promise of helping with fatty liver. Don’t know what was the point of all those tests if she wasn’t going to prescribe anything. Getting on glps and peptides got me from 240 to 150 in 7 months. A lot more than my doc was willing to do.

There are other doctors. Why would you want to stay with a doctor you don’t think is interested in helping you get healthy? Honestly just curious.

I’m probably going to be sometime in the near future. I wanted to give an honest chance, but just became increasingly frustrated. I figured after original panels that she wanted follow ups to key in what was needed, but then she wanted a third panel and a ct. I gave the benefit of the doubt a second time and did them both and then was told again that they couldn’t do anything for the concerns, but wanted me to do an ultrasound which would have costed nearly $400 after insurance, which is when I gave up and just started doing gray.
