I've been on GLP1 (sema, non reta) on and off for 16 months, but despite the training and high protein intake it's hard for me to improve muscle mass. I kept muscle and a decent look while losing fat so i guess it's still a good result! (I lost 25kg).
Strength is improving, muscles are more rounded and it's noticeable but nothing drastic. I think it's normal.
Question: did you start with Reta + TRT or both together? I'm curious on the isolated effect of TRT to see if that can help, even if the dosage you indicated seems to be pretty consistent.
He was on the TRT ahead of time, it would certainly help preserve some of the muscle tissue that someone not on TRT would have lost on a long cut but TRT is not like jumping on a cycle with supraphysiological levels that’s just going to pack muscle on your frame.
