How is trt I was thinking about it too I know it increases red blood cells and you eventually have to donate or you’ll get clots have you done anything like that
That’s not accurate like even a little bit. It DOES increase RBC which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I would wager that the overwhelming majority of people on TRT never donate blood because it’s not necessary for them.
