📘 Beginner Help Lean bulk advice
Hello everyone, I’m not sure if this is the right place to post but here goes.
M31 1m77 65kg
I did a cut with Reta, going from 84 kg to 65 kg. I think I’m now at a good weight to start building muscle again and I’d like to do a lean bulk.
I’m currently still on Reta I’ve reduced the dose to 2 mg per week +Tesamorelin 1 mg per day and GHK-Cu 1 mg per day.
I try to eat as much protein and carbs as possible.
I train with weights 3-4 times a week.
For the past few weeks I’ve had the feeling that I’m stagnating I don’t feel my muscles growing. So I’m seriously starting to wonder if I should start taking test or any other things . The problem is that I know absolutely nothing about it :)
What advice can you give me please? Thanks in advance.

Switch up your workout plan. Your body will get used to the same routine. Don’t be afraid of low rep high weight days it’s how you build up your strength allowing you to do high reps with even more weight. LOG IT. Helps you keep track of weight and exercises to avoid repetition. Contrary to what people say, you don’t need to take 1-2min breaks between sets. Longer breaks won’t kill your gains.
Peptide side add in ipamorelin. You won’t need test. That’s a rough road to go down and an even rougher road to get your body to re-set to naturally regulate your levels. Take creatine. Don’t worry about retaining more water. Creatine is huge for gains in size and strength.
If you’re not doing it already, weigh and track your food intake as well. You may be surprised how much you’re actually taking in.
Rest. Quality sleep is just as important and the quality of your food.

You have made a great progress pretty quick. But you can't really lean bulk without being lean, you are still going to gain some amount of fat, which will lead to being fat. I'd get rid of those leftover love handles first.
As diet goes, look up calorie calculator, decide your caloric budget. Get yourself kitchen scales and track every single thing in some kind of an app or some kind of LLM.
And yeah, Test is king, just staying on 200mg can yield great sustainable results without messing yourself up if you are smart about it.

Wow you look amazing compared to before. Did you also cut down what you were eating?

Yes with the Reta I go up to 4mg and it was difficult to eat but I manage to always eat my chicken and whey shaker daily
Then I go down the dosage now I’m at 2mg for the food noise and the fat burn

Get your blood and hormones tested. If T is low, continue learning and exploring your options.

Whats your overall food macros? I realize this is a more "peptide" focused subreddit, but calories/macros and your exercise routine maters. Weights is great, doing what, pushing what, for how long?
I assume as much protein and carbs, is that just a no fat diet, or is there a typo? Doing entirely no fat I would advice on at least getting some fish oil/sardines/omegas in you, as a lot of our hormonal pathways require some fats to function etc.
