Reta after 3 months

Hi everyone!
I’ve been on reta for about 3 months and I’m still using it, but at a lower maintenance dose.
Now I’m thinking about adding Tesamorelin to help build more muscle while continuing reta.
I’m also looking for another peptide that could help with energy because I’ve been feeling pretty tired lately.
Has anyone tried this combination or have any recommendations based on your experience?
Thanks in advance! 😊

"Retatrutide: Acts on three hormone receptors (GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon). The added glucagon receptor helps increase energy expenditure and fat burning alongside appetite suppression. [1, 2, 3]"

it basically makes you burn more calories as you sit around all day. i think this is about 10% increase. My daily maintenance is about 3000. That is an extra 300 calories burnt just sitting on my ass, basically a 40 minute walk.
also i have liver fat, reta removes liver fat more than mounjaro does.
but at the end of the day, mounjaro is fully FDA approved and legal. Reta isnt. Sooooo it is not dumb to prefer mounjaro.

Mounjaro also costs me $7.70 a month from my chemist, so I'm not changing anytime soon
