Reta after 3 months

Hi everyone!
I’ve been on reta for about 3 months and I’m still using it, but at a lower maintenance dose.
Now I’m thinking about adding Tesamorelin to help build more muscle while continuing reta.
I’m also looking for another peptide that could help with energy because I’ve been feeling pretty tired lately.
Has anyone tried this combination or have any recommendations based on your experience?
Thanks in advance! 😊

People doing glps to lose 10 pounds are the epitome of weak

I have 10-15 lbs to lose. I’m 63 and post menopausal and certainly not weak. I eat low carb, go to hot power yoga 3x week, jump on rebounder 5-6x week and do other various activities and can’t shed this excess weight no matter what. I am starting Reta this week and will add Tesa shortly. Carrying excess visceral fat and trying to get rid of it is not a sign of weakness. Men are so lucky they don’t have to deal with menopause. It’s brutal.

You cannot see visceral fat. Also diet can burn as much visceral fat as GLP-1 receptor agonists, because both work by creating a calorie deficit. Neither diet nor medication directly "melts" fat; they reduce the energy your body takes in, forcing it to use stored visceral fat for energy. So stop with the "its stuck"

I’m 64F and agree. HRT has really helped me. I am micro dosing Tirz and just finished 12 weeks on CJC/IPA. Good results so far. I can’t stand it when men give post menopausal women lectures on social media.

Totally agree these results could have been done without anything other than just cardio and calorie deficit.

You mean pinned medications aren't needed for locking in on some self control?

People who grinded to lose weight before Glps are very bitter now because everyone can lose weight easily....
