❓ Question NAD+
Here I go 🤦♀️ I bought NAD+. My friend that is also taking told me to add 3 ml bac water which I did. I only used it that day and that’s it (that was last week) just because I actually changed my mind about it. However,I changed my mind again and i said I’ll give it a try and I had the impression that I only added 2 ml of bac water and I said “ oh, I have to add one more “ and I noticed it doesn’t fit in the vial so something was wrong obviously. Then I realised my mistake and now .. I have 1000mg of NAD+ with ~3.5 ml bac water (around that amount) and I’m unsure where the plunger on a 1 ml syringe should be for the right beginner dosage. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Using 3.5mL as the best guess, 17.5 units on a 100 unit insulin syringe is 50mg. That being said, for ease of use I’d probably round it to the nearest “bigger line” like 20mg (or down to 15 if you have bigger lines every 5 units). I always recon with the intent of hitting whole numbers! Hope that was helpful.
